Thomas A. Davenport, MD,FACS
Dr. Thomas Davenport received his medical degree from Yale University, and then completed his general and plastic surgery residencies at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Harvard University Program. In addition to the specialty-training he received in Cancer Reconstruction and Cosmetic Surgery from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital in New York City, Dr. Davenport was also awarded the prestigious Webster Fellowship in Pediatric Plastic Surgery, which allowed him to travel across the globe performing reconstructive surgery and lecturing on plastic surgery. He was awarded an additional fellowship at Harvard University to work at the Shriner Burn Hospital for children, and continues his philanthropic work as a member and chairman of the Surgery Committee for Interplast. Dr. Davenport is on the board of the LIPSG Foundation and continues to support the betterment of plastic surgery. He focuses on treating complex problems in plastic surgery, including burn reconstruction, cancer reconstruction, breast reconstruction, and complex wound care.
