Noël B. Natoli, MD, FACS

Dr. Noël Natoli, has been with the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group since 2011. After earning her Doctorate in Medicine from Upstate Medical University at Syracuse, Dr. Natoli entered a combined plastic surgery training program at Penn State, Hershey Medical Center where she completed her general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgical training. Dr. Natoli went on to the University of Pennsylvania, where she completed a Microsurgery Fellowship with the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. During this prestigious Fellowship, Dr. Natoli focused on autologous (natural) breast reconstruction, a technique which uses the body’s own tissues, from the abdomen, inner thigh or buttock, to recreate the breasts post-mastectomy. During this time she also completed an externship to Taiwan to study innovative techniques in microsurgery at the world renowned Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei. She is a member of the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery and the Association of Women Surgeons. Dr. Natoli has also been honored for her volunteer surgical relief efforts with Operation Smile in Haiti immediately following the earthquake.
